UB HEALS aims to bridge the gap between the chronically homeless of Buffalo, NY and the health care system.
UB HEALS is a street medicine outreach initiative of the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. Through the use of weekly street medicine outreach rounds we aim to engage with the chronically homeless of Buffalo, NY with the goal of increasing access to the health care system, as well as improving overall health outcomes for this underserved patient population.
